Dessert Collaboration with The Maui Cookie Lady at Duckine

Duckine Restaurant in Lahaina, Maui owner and Chef Alvin Savella has teamed up with the Maui Cookie Lady to present a delectable dessert for the entire month of April. The ‘Sweet & Spicy’ dish features Savella's homemade Szechuan chili crunch, paired with Roselani ice cream and a luscious cookie baked to order by The Maui Cookie Lady. The cookie is infused with Kōloa rum, coconut, coffee liquor, and locally sourced caramel from Haleakalā Creamery.

Known as "The Kitchen Assassin," Savella utilizes locally and sustainably sourced ingredients to craft an array of culinary masterpieces at Duckine, including succulent duck, savory noodles, tender seafood, and fluffy bao.
